1. Why plywood?

Innovation in plywood is one of the main design elements of mid century furniture, from the molded forms of the Eames chair, to beautifully veneered cabinetry. Rather than hide the plywood edges, I want to celebrate this material and show off the joinery. The high quality baltic birch plywood I use is made of solid wood veneers with alternating grain direction which makes it stronger, flatter, and more stable than solid wood.

2. How long will it take to receive my order?

I work on each order in the order I receive them. This is typically between 2-4 weeks. I will communicate with you the expected timeframe. Please do reach out to me if you’d like an estimate before you purchase.

3. What about shipping?

For now, I am offering free delivery within an hour drive of my shop in west Knoxville. We don’t currently offer shipping, but if you’re keen and live farther away and keen, send me a message and see if we can work something out.

4. Do you do custom orders?

Yes! I love making stuff that fits perfectly in your space. Send me a message to get started. I charge an initial $75 design fee which covers 3 designs and 3 changes to one of the designs you choose. That $75 is then deducted from the final cost.
